Fished clifty today. Temps were any where from 64 to 68. Caught some on the spook this morning. then fished a jig and a lizard didn't do to bad. when we got in to an area with some breeze thew the blade. I never caught one on the blade but my buddy caought one. All in all not a bad day.

You just may be right Stump Bumper. I hope it (bass fishing) doesn't become a sport of "kings". Thanks guys for the info. I finaly get thte chance to go tomorrow! My buddy Terry and I will be fishing clifty area. Sat I have a tourney at the dam.I will let you know how it goes tommorow.

Any one know what the water temps are on the dam end of the lake? Are the bass in the tree lines out a bit or up shalower? I'm thinking spin. baits, senkoes, flukes, jigs and c rigs. Am I right or is other stuff working better right now? Any top water bite?

Beaver dam will be opening their flood gates to 5 feet. I don't know what time or for how long but am going to try and get some pictures. I get off work at noon Teusday so will head that way.

You're a dog! Wish I could be there. Fork is one of my favorie lakes. I lived in the Dallas area for over 20 yrs. My largest bass came out of there---- 10.62 lbs. Needles to say a replica is on my wall and hopefully she is on old grandma by now. That was about 12 years ago.

50 at Holliday Island for the most part. Hit a couple spots that were 53 and 48. Cought 3 small ones on jig. Friend caught one on a wart.
