  1. Wow !! Great day and nice fish !
  2. Zoom's nation finesse is hard to beat. And I'll agree with unimog on the robo straight tail. Perfect on an 1/8 oz shakey. I threw a shakey head all day last weekend and tore them up !
  3. Hahaha....I'm the rage monster and fish kisser !!
  4. Great catch dollar bill !!
  5. Any time 6lbstest. Good luck.
  6. Yes Kramr....I did keep 15 big ones. Just fried them tonight as a matter of fact. Mmmmm.....
  7. Here's a tip 6lbstest. If you have a stout baitcasting rod/reel....spool on some heavy braided line...go get yourself a 5 wire a-rig with blades on each wire...3/16 oz jig heads...4 inch grubs (white ice or ghost shad) and get up past the old steel bridge. Fish the deep holes below the shallows. I fished this way 3 weekends in a row and caught 30+ each trip. All but a handful were dinks. Of all the boats jammed in up there last Sunday I saw not ONE single person reeling in a fish. But then again...I was the only one throwing a rig. Yeah....I just gave away a personal secret...but some of us are out there for the same reasons....fishing and having fun !! Plenty for everyone ! Hope this helps. Now go get 'um !!
  8. I boat up from Aldrich. The furthest I've found good fish is within sight of Taylor bridge. The bigger ones are in the deep pools. They are moving up slow but seem a little further up from the previous weekends. All the big ones I kept were full of roe. I fished 5-6 hours Sunday and quit by 3 pm. Literally wore out casting and hook setting. It was an awesome outting !
  9. BMW....go up the little sac for whites. I've been last 3 weekends with 30+ per trip. Dropped the hammer on the sows last Sunday !!!
  10. Going out Friday night. Be my first "night" trip of the season, wondering if anyone was doing any good yet. May fish up around the dam area for starters then go up towards Mutton. Any comments?
  11. Put in at Cedar and fished towards High Point. Boated 15 bass with 3 keeps. Caught 4 on ww, 3 on 10 inch worms, 3 on spinnerbait and 5 on a chomper. Not bad for a calm sunny day. The areas I had fished the week before and did real well on didn't produce as good this week. Still had a good time and got to see a gorgeous full moon rise before going home.
  12. Hello Fellow Fisherman. Decided to join the ranks and add any information I think will help someone else in their quest for more and bigger fish. I've been an avid fisherman for over 30 yrs. Always was a Table Rock fan but have been on Stockton now for about 3 yrs. Still learning the lake and finding it to be a wonderful place. Hope to make new friends while I'm here.
