Hello OA,
I have been checking out the forums for the last year and finally decided to join. I am from Illinois - 10 miles east of St. Louis. A freind of mine and his dad introduced me to fly fishing at Rockbridge and Bennett springs, and we have pulled in 12 other friends to enjoy fly fishing with us. We have our annual boys trip once a year and try to hit a different spot every time. This year is Montauk and the current river with a stop at the little piney for a few of us.
I have gotten into fly fishing over the past 3 years and find it absolutely addicting as it goes along with my other hobbies: deer and turkey hunting, and bass fishing.
I introduced my wife to fly fishing a year ago, she is getting the hang of it, and finds it more relaxing than a day at the spa.... Gotta love it! Thanks for having me!
