Dave, thanks again for a great presentation. You answered lots of questions, covered a lot of information, and reinforced several thoughts on using the rig. Loved the squirrel story start. Well it's one week until "Ned Night with Dave." John is working on having everything ready for it. Dave has delivered a shipment of heads. Sounds like the shelves are stocked with the necessities. Some of the vendors have provided some sample packs for the event. I have communicated with Dave about recording it somehow. Hope a lot of people are able to be there. I'm looking forward to it.

That's what I told him. Sorry Dave but I had to sacrifice one of your heads. I was experimenting with a 7'6" St Croix med-light rod for comparison. Was impressed that the 6' Invisx line didn't break. I had to cut it to end the skirmish.

I've got one additional (surprising) entry to add to that list. Caught a 25+ pound snapping turtle Saturday on the little guy. Yikes! I couldn't get my buddy to unhook it while I kept the line tight. I had to sacrifice that one.

Went Saturday evening around the dam. We had our two limits between 7:00 - 10:00. Biggest around 3.5 lbs. Stick baits. Two were still full of eggs. Lots of boats around there.
