  1. Still going down..... keep it up!!!
  2. Looks like Corps pulled back some out flow in the past 2 hours.
  3. Big rains coming in and with lake close to all time highs, I'm curious as to what people are saying/believe it will do to the lake level by the next crest. Looking for any and all thoughts... got to believe we are probably going to break the all time high this week.... thoughts?
  4. 934 and still climbing.... will it get to 935?
  5. Does anyone know what the Corps is saying what the crest will be and when?
  6. Spoke to Corps, going to 50,000 cfs at 2 pm....
  7. Additionally, good tread on tires and in good condition. Boat has approximately 152 hours.
  8. I am selling my 2007 Ranger z21 bass boat due to not having time to use it and because I moved to STL. The boat has ALWAYS been garage kept and seldom fished in even the rain. Boat is currently stored at my Lampe house. Fished in only a couple club tournaments and hardly ever driven above 50 mph. Boat sports a 2007 250 HP Yamaha and was serviced 2 years ago (less than 20 hours on boat since last service) from Ulrich Marine. Boat is in terrific condition, seats and carpet in terrific condition. You will feel like you are stepping in a new boat. 80 lbs Minn Kota Fortrex. 36V. Graphs are Lowrance and stock x35 at bow and x520 (Color) for driving, GPS as well. The bow graph needs a new transducer which is $70 because the transducer arm broke which I did not replace since I was going to upgrade to HDS. Other than that its ready to go. Comes with a matching tandem axle trailer with fiberglass wheel wells and tires are in good condition. Trailer has swing tongue. Approximately 152 hours. Serious inquiries only. Please call me at 479.595.9248 with questions. I'm sure this boat wont last long....
  9. Thank you!!!
  10. Are there any open Friday night tournaments going out tomorrow night? Preferably mid lake area... If so what are the times and entry cost? Thanks everyone... Looking to donate some $
  11. Does anyone know why it took till the rain began for the Coe to get serious about pulling water when the forecasts were out there for at least a few days. Sad that whomever has the final call, does not have more vision. His/her decisions are costing people and businesses lots money and what's worse endangering people. In my line of work, you miss calls like this not once (2011) but twice, your looking for a new gig....
  12. Any word on if the crappie are beginning to move up in Long Creek?

  15. Yea CBlaine, that was a nice ranger. I figured it was you with your 3 boys. you were south of the marina for a short while then headed north when the wind picked up. I was in a red/silver/black ranger bass boat. How'd you guys do? I was late to the party but still managed to grab 13 keeps until i had enough of the wind. I got down there around 10 and left by 3....
  16. Cblaine, you have a white ranger boat?
  17. If it were me, and I will be out, I would go down the long creek arm around cricket or even further south. Start shallow on pea gravel flats, then work your way out to the deeper stuff. If you see wood in the water, get your boys lures right up next to it. It maybe different that last week, but that is where I would start. It maybe a good time if you grabbed a couple doz of minnows from cricket marina and drifted. That may keep all the boys stuff from getting to terribly tangled. The water down south was a good color, probably better for bass than anything but still doable.
  18. Went out on Saturday down to long creek area. It was very tough and crappies were spread out and when they bit, they were on tight to timber. 1 inch either way you werent getting bit. Only had 4 keeps, lost 3 more keeps and missed many more bites. Was floating a bobber, swimming a jig. Quite a few boats in cricket area and it didn't appear many were successful. I'll take a 4 against a 0...
  19. Love to go and meet you all... I'm right across from the Babler estate
  20. KVD is only giving rods to first 100, 2 day signees.... If there's only 25 remaining as of two days ago.... Would think it's pretty close.
  21. ....*We will keep a running total of the number of free Quantum rods remaining on the events page for your particular event. You must register for a two day entry to be eligible to receive a rod." Will this be put on the website like the receipt says?
  22. Mark, Rods still available? Got a couple buddy's invoiced at 4152... They get in?
  23. What worked for me early was rippin it up a couple feet and letting it slam back down into the rocks (watch your line). After about an hour of crazy fun, i had to adapt a bit as they continued to move deeper (33 feet). I would jig it up about 1 foot or so much slower than the rip earlier....they would smack it just as I lifted or on the slower drop down.
  24. Dam Area... Launched around 7 am to do a little crappie fishing and couldn't find them was idling across creek channel and saw a huge ball of shad. Had to try this spoonin thing... Three hours later over 40 in the boat (KY and LG), probably 8 keeps, best 5 for 15 or so. Guess I'm hooked on this spoon thing.....
  25. Yep Troy it is. He is very good
