    I was trout fishing 2 years ago at outlet 1 and on the upper side there was a gentleman had 4 walleye on his stringer about 2 lbs each nice eaters then he hauled in a 4.5lb smallie this was during generation and had been generating. Looks like Taney has potenial for some fun fishing when the trout arnt biting. Mike

    With the levels they have been running what should I expect for wading tuesday for a day trip. Don't want to fish the outlets all day. And not the best in the deeper faster water. Like to move around alot. Thanks Mike

    The Rio Gold should match up pretty well. The best thing you can do is find a fly shop that will let you test cast several lines. That way you can feel how the lines feel.

    Hi Jim F BSSP is nice almost all year but you can't beat Taney it is so much better the fish fight harder and the chance fo a real pig is always there especially in the fall. Go to Taney and you can't go wrong I'm going Sept. 14 and 15 and can't wait. P.S. Taney will be pretty busy that time of year.
