have been fishing last three days from noon till dark having great luck kentuckys and some great crappies realy slow trolling 4 inch salt and pepper curl tail grub 3/8 lead head (no color) staying on long gentle slope points 50 to 60 feet right on the bottom let it fall to bottom turn egg beater handle one time and just slowwwww troll feels like real light tap as in crappie hit wind on point seems to help but not neccesary have been catching 15 to 20 an aqfternoon secondary points in big ncreeks water temp 48 49 not seeing lot of shad looks like shad have been scattered these fish are very avtive and show up very well on your locater good luck give it a try

not to change subject just wanted to give a update fishe d around baxter from noon till dark caught 20 or so ken and sj two sj over 15 useing shakey head and c rig watermelon red dt sitting in 50 feet on runouts fish holding 30 to 35 ft lots of shad in areas

new to the forum just trying my wings a little have gotten a lot of good help so thought i may be a contributer at times
