Forgot to tell you there will be 2 solenoids on the pump they are identical one to raise one to lower so need to make sure you are checking the one that lowers the motor -

More than likely it is the down solenoid on the pump. Check to see if you have 12 volts to the wire on the small post of the solenoid when the trim switch is in lower position if not you have bad switch or wire if there is 12 volts check for voltage on both large posts . One large post should be hot all the time . The one going to the motor should be hot when switch is in lower position if not the solenoid is bad. -

If it will go up but won't go down the pump is good the same pump raises and lowers. Should just be a bad solenoid on the lower side. It will be mounted on the pump looks just like an old style Ford starter solenoid which by the way will work. Fixed my 83 Black Max years ago that way. -

Have only bass fished on Stockton but Pomme has been pretty good caught my limit a week ago on the trees using jigs. Took couple hours no numbers on any tree just few here and few there. Piles had alot of fish on them but all short. Good luck hope you do good.

Finally get a chance to head back down to Pomme this weekend to do some bass fishin. So I was wondering if the bass have started moving back in the coves or if they still more on the main lake? Also wondering if anyone knows how Shriners tournament turned out last weekend. Thanks for any info

I meant to post this sooner but guess better late than never. Had a great weekend for fishin nice temperature but awful windy. Done good on crappie although I thought it was tougher than it had been. Caught them on piles and trees in 12 to 30 fow using shad colored tubes. Seemed like the bass were tough also might have been the front that moved through Friday caught bass on top water and on t rigged plastics couldn't get any takers on crankshaft. Water temperature was around 76 degrees. Good fishin to all. Scott

Sounds like you done pretty good Brad we found fish same places as you all 3 mornings. However we didn't catch them every drop just few off 1 pile then on to another never got on one of them magic piles lol. Good fishin to all. Scott

Have' not been down for a few weeks. I to fish alot for bass but also do alot of crappie fishin to catch fish to eat. The crappie fishin has been good for us on brush piles in 14 to 24 fow using shad colored 1/16 and 1/32 oz tube jigs. May have to move around some as some piles are better than others. Guess if it worked for us and worked for u we must have been doin close to the right thing. Forgot to say that we caught1 keeper walleye on a pile also. Good fishin to ya Shockley and everyone else.
