BPS - is a neccesary evil. I have a personal dislike for BPS employment standards and hiring process. When you are told that you have an executive position in the corporate office, move 5 states, buy a house, and on the day to start the position are asked for a copy of your schools records (which I do not have - nor does the school cause it burnt down 20 years ago) and was escorted off the property with no job .... leaves a rank taste in my mouth. If I can avoid them I do, but it's like walmart, You have to go becasue of the sales, the little guy has to work twice as hard to keep up with the corporate conglomerat. But hey ... business is business amirite? Everyone gets to have an opinion, when it comes to fishing/hunting you kinda put all that BS on the back burner and work for a common goal though ..... /rant off ... apologies

You do know what the word "boat" means ..... right? "Bust Out Another Thousand" It has proven true on many occasions, just dont fight it ... just go with the flow, or it gets worse.

There is a ton of info on how certain configurations go for bass boats, throw in GPS and it get a bit more tricky. How much electronics does the new rig have? GPS? What kind of rig did you purchase? (make/model ETC...) Willing to help if I can. Also what make/model are the electronics that you do have? Possibly a picture?

I dont exactly have a monster boat either - 94 Nitro 180 F/S, but am going to be upgrading very shortly to something a bit more tourney appropiate. What is the size limit for springfield lake? I haven't really caught alot out there but see it is always busy.

Been in Missouri about a year and a half now, moved from Idaho. Been fishing for the last 20 years or so, bought a boat locally here last year been mostly on TLR. Love to bass fish, really wanting to fish alot more of the tournaments locally. Been reading a good bit on the forums and never really understood why I hadnt become a member till a few days ago. Found some really good info (and humor) on the forums. Hope to meet more people out fishing and possibly get involved with a fishing club/group. To make it short and sweet I will leave it off with a simple "hello" .....

Have passed this info along to a few retired Army buddies, they have emailed but not heard anything back. I would love to have the oppurtunity to be a part of this but I am pretty sure my Nitro 180 F/S is a bit subpar for a large fish tourney ....
