  1. Thanks guys
  2. Guys just wanted to say this is an awesome wiggle wart thread! Started out as me looking for wiggle warts and has turned into wiggle warts 101. What an awesome forum we have here. I plan on fishing this weekend in the AiA team tournament Saturday. Don't know if we will do any good though. It will be my first time out on the lake this year. I'm sure the water temp will be about 40 or less. I haven't fished the Rock before when the water was this cold. You better believe though I will try a wiggle wart at some point. Probably will come up with nothing but will still try it. Hopefully it is about 60 degrees out on Saurday and warms the water up a little late in the day. That's what I'm hoping for.
  3. How much of TR is covered with ice? I seen a pic where the James is froze above the bridge all the way up. I planned on coming down this weekend and fishing the AIA team tournament but if there is ice floating around count me out.
  4. What do you guys think of these colors?
  5. I have heard that about the bomber flat A's. I watched a good video on it on wired2fish. I found some flat warts the other day in my dads box, do they compare to the flat A? Or should I look into buying the flat A. I have a hard time slowing down anymore than normal winter fishing but with the cold winter we have it looks like the water will stay cool for a while. At least with a flat A you can feel somewhat faster pace rather than a slow technique such as jerkbait or jig.
  6. Check out the huddleston 68 special. The videos look awesome
  7. Bassman that is exactly what I'm looking for!
  8. Football head. I doubt it is but I do know that KVD and his dad both use seaguar line. I've seen the tatsu in Kevin's boat. He won't advertise it but he uses it.
  9. Dtrs5kprs, don't tease us with a box of wiggle warts like that! I'm shaking in my chair just thinking about having a box like that ha!
  10. Yeah it doesn't make much sense to me. I doubt going would help much. I would write letters to the representatives and other higher ups like she said. Hopefully it doesn't go through.
  11. Just found an article about it closing. They are having a workshop if you want to call it that on why they are closing. I think the date is Feb 5. Here is the article: http://www.lovelycitizen.com/story/2046778.html
  12. Yeah really never thought about them exploding. Brads wiggler looks identical to the wart. Maybe Champ can elaborate on they run and if they are similar to the wart
  13. I bet if you leave a few in the sun for a while you could get a close looking or unique looming craw. I've heard several people sunbathe their cranks.
  14. To me the MO craw looks a lot like the v37 with just a gloss finish
  15. Awesome mjk86! I'm sending you a PM now.
  16. Yeah I seen the sp90 on eBay and the phantom ones. You better have a deep pocket for those. No way a bait is worth even close to $100 to me.
  17. I never put in down that way but would be happy to sign a petition and send in a letter. That's a shame if they are closing it for you guys though that use it often.
  18. I lost my last phantom craw last time I was down. I did set a waypoint though so I could swim for it when the weather gets warmer ha
  19. Mjk86, if you do have some and would like to sell, please post them. I have been looking around for some and would gladly take them.
  20. Anybody have a few they would like to sell? Would rather buy then from a forum member than someone else on eBay.
  21. Eric, I appreciate all of your reports, especially your website that has instructional videos. It gives you a starting point on what to look for when your out on the water and an idea what the fish have been doing recently. You are right as well about the sponsors. If you didn't promote them you wouldn't have any. That is just being business smart from a fundamental standpoint.
  22. It won't work on phones or iPads. The computer is the only way
  23. It's is especially is dangerous to look at Tackle Warehouse when it is cold out like it has been. Time on the water is sacrificed for hours of browsing new baits and stocking up the trusted ones. Thank god for student loans . haha
  24. All of te big name boats are good in my opinion. It basically comes down to personal preference and what you want to spend. That being said inwould have to say a nitro z-9 or z-8
  25. What is a Redfin anyways?
