What to use.... frogs over the pads. Weightless worms dragging over the timber... white spinner baits bumping over the timber. Hook and split shot with a minnow under the docks going up the river from the park.

Big bass crappies sunfish and there are some really big cats.

I also believe its a 4 horse not 6 on that lake then no jug lines. Dnr told me if you see some with no name tags on it destroy and bring them in and put them in the trash.

Does anybody know what the fine is if your caught with a bigger motor on that lake...even if u use it or not....250 bucks.
Should of been out fishing during that snow...fishing was great. I catch the most fish and bigger fish when the snow comes down....for some reason the bass and crappies turn on.

Yup must have to go catch one... even if i did they wouldnt believe the pic anyways unless you go to the spot where i caught it and you know the background of the place. Anybody can catch a fish and take pics of it saying you caught it over here when you really caught it some place else. Its ok not going to waist my time trying to prove some people are wrong.

Nope.... im sure it was a muskie.... big difference between the two. I was less then 10 feet from them.

Im huge on muskie fishing when i lived in minnesota these were 100% tiger muskie. Female was about 30 inches i guess and male was around 24 maybe. Found these behind the o.c. in ozark.

I was out bass fishing or trying to this afternoon and what did i see? Two muskies on their beds. I didnt know it was possible but u never know i guess. Has anybody seen them before?

You will be shocked to see how many people keep bass that are 11 inches or a bit less. Its sad but u cant stop it.

Ive been catching alot on purple and white jerk baits or blue and white rattle traps but if water is all calm in the morning use horny toads.

If ur using corn... i hope your keeping these trout. Believe it our not corn kills trout... they will choke on it.

Ive been catching some between 5 to 10 lbs with shrimp around 830 at night.

Im sorry i forgot to add. For colors i use pearl white....dark grey with light grey..... green with yellow tail. I also use gulp minnows.

Let me tell you this..... i use roadrunners all the time every place but this lake. I dont know why the crappies on this lake will not bite on road runners. The first time i started catching crappies out there i used a small white swim bait and was catching the crap out if them then i used a road runner same color... didnt catch one. Then i went back with this swim bait and started catching them again. I also use a small a-rig for crappies that also works really good. If you use that let it sink to the bottom and reel it in slow.

I only fished this lake for one year and i do have to say that there are tons of bass in here and crappie as well. The crappie population doesnt compare to fellows though. But when you catch crappies out this lake they normally are bigger then what you catch at fellows. I can catch my limit at fellows but they range from 10 to 13inches. At springfield lake i can catch my limit and the size range has been 12 to 19 1/2 inches. The secret at this lake is the crappies love to be in current but not to strong and the greener the water the better the fishing is for them.

Is there any white bass on the finley and if so where? At the park in ozark people are throwing their dead white bass in the water.... so im wondering if people are catching them in that area or just throwing them in that water after they took off all the meat?

Water is up but its not dirty... what do you think will work well over there this weekend?

Ya right at the warm water outlet....alot of people get snagged up there but if u let it sit the cats will bit so u wont get snagged up. I wish i could taken better pics but they didnt come out good enough with it beind dark.

Call me crazy but man last night during all that snow and sleet the cats were biting like crazy. I went out between 730 and 9 i caught 9 cats smallest was 4 lbs biggest was 13.5 lbs. Bait if choice is..... shrimp! For some reason they just nailed it last night. While i was waiting for cats to bite i was using jerk baits to get some bass to bite but all i caught or snagged were the massive shad in that lake. If you wanna use shrimp use the none cooked and still with the shell on. Good luck. One last thing u better be close to your pole because they might pull it in.

I never used them but ive seen guys catch bass on them every now and then. But remember you can only use 3 hooks when fishing with that rig. Ive seen alot of people use the 5 hook rig and they didnt know about the 3 hook regulation there.

I use to sell hondas and i think its a great price.... if this doesnt work i know some honda dealerships buys cars from people as long as ur not asking way over what kelly blue book is saying.
