Day two was on the Lindley and it was a plopper all day on day two.

I did not have a very good finish but still had a great time as always at Pomme. I never could figure out the bigger bite.

Had a good time over the weekend at the Webb Elite tournament. Caught a ton of fish over the four days I was there. A smoke grub and a shaky head was my best baits. Caught a few decent fish on a jig and chatter bait also. I never figured out the bigger bite but I still had a great time. Friday I easily caught over 100 fish with at least 20 keepers.

I meant to post this report sooner but got side tracked. Fished the Central Pro Elite a couple weeks ago and had a decent tournament. Fishing in practice was crazy good. I caught 16 keepers on Thursday jumping around to spots. Friday I didn't get to practice that much because of the storms that moved in. Saturday and Sunday was a grind but I stuck to my pattern and spots that I found Thursday and it payed off. The main pattern was cranking the outside edge of the moss with a crankbait that would hit 12'-15'. The moss was horrible out to about 8' or 9'. I also caught a lot throwing a swing head with a creature bait in those same areas. During the second day of the tournament I picked up a few of my key keepers on windy banks throwing a jerkbait. Fished the Webb Outdoors tournament this past weekend and had a great time. This was only the third time I have ever been on Table Rock and it did not disappoint. In the four days there I easily caught over 300 fish. Found a kicker both days of practice but could never find one when it counted. I fished main lake bluffs with a smoke grub and a jerkbait for the most part. A few came on a stick bait Texas rigged. Both tournament days I had a limit before 8:30 which took some pressure off. For the first hour of each morning they were busting shad on the surface and a guy might of even caught them on top water. After that they dropped in the water column and I had to count down to a 10-20 count. Here is a video I put together of the better catches from the weekend.

I fished Saturday from 8-2:30 and only had one keeper on a rock crawler to show for it. Lost a keeper on a RC stick. I am glad to hear it wasn't just me having a hard time Saturday. I did graph some good schools of deep fish but the wind made it next to impossible to fish them.
