  1. Pickup some good batteries and a charger and extra memory card as mentioned. If the sun is out try and take your pic's with it coming from your back. The most important thing, when getting your picture with a fish hold the fish closer to the camera.
  2. 1 other thing to remember, always save your original picture and work from a copy. jpeg compresses your picture for easily transfering over the net, it does so by tossing out repetitive pixels which are gone forever. Save your original picture in a non-compressed file such as TIFF it takes up more space but you won't loose the quality if you ever decide to print the picture
  3. Congrats Shelley, be sure take lots of pictures to post. It would be interesting if you would log in for a brief update daily and post pic's (when you not fishing )
  4. First time on the White river. This was up river from Wildcat Shoals. 10-14-06. Had a great time enjoyed the fishing we used ultra light and 1/16oz. jigs with the barbs smashed and caught & released plenty, a few nice browns managed to be fooled. This picture is why i won't have any trouble coming back anytime (my wife and guide Scott) in the rain and cold on 10-17-06. Wheather changed to rainy & cold but there were no complaints
  5. That pic. is hosted by photobucket.com. You upload your photo to a image hosting site and use the little picture icon on the tool bar and paste in the url to the site. I use imageshack imageshack. They are free to use. They also have several options for linking to the picture, thumbnails etc. direct link to picture works. For a fast and handy picture resizer you can't beat Microsofts image resizer. After you download and run it all's you have to do is right click image and choose your size you want. Link to image resizer. microsoft Resize before uploading. Hope that helps. Also if you register at imageshack (free) you will be able to upload and save multiple images.Same goes for photobucket, i think. Oh yeah nice pic. of table rock dam upload it and post a bigger 1.
