According to Google maps on my phone the Mark Oliver Access is “permanently closed”. I hadn’t seen that anywhere else so I assume that is not accurate? Also, is there a turn off that gets you to this access when coming eastbound on 412? Is the Access/ramp on the north side of the creek? Thanks in advance for any help!
