I main fish for bass jig and plastics guy. But I'm wanting to expand on how I fish. I was looking at getting thr elite 7x hdi that's about top end for my budget. But I'm open for other ideas if u guide s think I'm headed in the wrong direction

Well I have enjoyed this thread. I have a question a little off topic but any way I have enough money to buy one nice fish finder and was wondering if it would be better used monuted on the bow with the transducer mounted on the trolling motor or unit mounted at the console with the transducer at the transom. Thanks for the help in advance
