I went down early Sunday morning, got there at 3:00AM to be exact. I fished on the south side and caught hybrids on white sliders with a chartruse tail on a 1/8 oz jig head. The bite died down around 6AM. When daylight hit i couldnt find anything they would bite on until I tried all chartuse slider with 1/4 oz jig head. I only fished with this about thirty minutes and caught two hybrids cause i had to leave by 8:00. Average size was smaller than normal but me and my buddy pull out prolly four 3 pounders and one 4 pounder and one 6 pounder. Didnt see anybody else using topwater yet.
