Well, was giving folks a hard time because it absolutely cracks me up the way we've been run off the creek and my buddy who rents was given a hard time by the POA because he had his dog in the water on Lake Ann. And I was given permission by another friend who lives there to use his card to fish and yet they tell me to pay a fee and it wouldn't matter even if he was with me that I can't fish there by myself because I don't own property. I told them politely to leave me be and if I was trespassing to call the police which they didn't. I was also walking a trail with my kids and the POA asked for my membership card and I asked why - told me they were just checking. Told them I didn't know we needed a card to walk paved trails not on the golf courses. I shop there and watch movies and eat in that town. My taxes then go to the town. Therefore, I should be able to at least enjoy something in that town. I ride at Blowing Springs and am expecting them to run me off from there too.

Well, I found a different chart a few years ago - looked like MDC had stocked the fish . . . my point still being that the lakes are stocked . . . even though those lists are old, BV stockings get published in papers every now and again. But the point of AGFC stocking the lakes goes back to my frustration of the POA and the residents who run folks off - even when they are leasing in BV and state funds are used to stock the lakes. Who am I? Nobody. But soon the POA will be gone and how will BV keep the folks off the lakes? I love articles that quote residents who are afraid of things becoming public. I am one that believes all men are created equal but the attitudes carried by a lot of non-natives and retirees makes me wonder if they know their poop does stink.

It's easy to catch stocked fish purchased from Missouri Dept. of conservation. I found records that BV has been buying stock fish from Missouri for decades. Then fans are put in to keep algae down. I read of an article about a guy on lake Ann? Catching bass after bass from the dock. Down with the POA and elites of bv

I've heard that a out Arkansas side. From reading MDC stuff, it seems you can wade it just fine. Seems that folks can float it. Am wondering about floating and wading - is it cool to wade in MO without getting shot? Bella Vista needs to drop the POA.

Confused. Seems you can float some but maybe wade another part. Anyone know if it's deemed navigable? Thanks.
