Been reading about the Ned rig on the forum and decided I'd try it out today. 7 minutes into my first cast and s l o w, slack retrieve I got one! 1/15 oz Zman jighead and 1/2 PBJ ZinkerZ about 12 feet deep and under the dock. Of course, 2nd cast got snagged and broke it off. The boss waiting to go to Springfield boat show,so no more nedding today!

Anyone know why Moonshine was blocked on Saturday 7/19 by USCOE barricades? Second time in a couple of weeks. This time even the lookout parking lot between the overflow dam and main dam was blocked off. I didn't stop to ask since I was heading to Cenex for gas and just launched at State Park instead.

Son was walking his dogs around 6 am and told me days later, Oh yeah, I saw some fish coming up around the dock. So I headed down at sunrise the next week and got 6 in a couple of hours. Next day 7/19 got 4 and missed 4. The smallie was fun, just under 3 lbs on the boga. He came right out of the water smashing the super spook jr. looking like an attack on shark week. I'm pretty new to Table Rock and catching any size bass is lots of fun for me. I do much better off the dock than in the boat. So the boat sits in the garage while I fish from the dock! The dock isn't holding as many fish as last year. Same time last year I had caught over double this year's number. Yes, I'm new to the sport and keep track of every catch as few as they may be!

Down near the dam, too. 3 wakeboards and a slalom ski taken early hours of 6/15 off the rack of a Malibu parked at the Majestic red dock. Approx value $2500. Nice people visiting from Chicago area. Now they know criminals are everywhere, not just the big cities.
