    Also I think the low volume of fish is directly related to the over abundance of New members to the "bucket brigade". I've seen hordes of people keeping fish down there.

    Caught it on a tiny sow bug fly below the dam. On four pound line. It's the world record for four pound test. He's an awesome guy. Just had a battle with cancer and is back to fly fishing again ! Grew up playing with his sons at LOZ on a dock

    Lol yep! I did see a monster lurking under the bridge by the mill. Woukdnt take a thing. Waited for an hour he hit one stone fly then vanished. I'd say four pounds at least.

    According to the mdc website Capps is stocked six times a year. It doesn't specify when though. I know it was done in November because I caught over twenty in like two hours. Would figure they do it every two months.
