Awesome fishing! Great job. I was down on the third. Fished all day without a bite. Ouch! Worst I've done in a long time.

Hi guys. I'm kinda feeling pretty stupid here. Not realizing I was posting on the Taney site. Forgive me. I'm pretty new to this "posting" stuff. Still learning. haha Again I have already posted this a couple of times now. Hopefully I'll get it right this time. Recently my family purchased a getaway place at Table Rock. We have been going to Table Rock for 10 years now. However are vacations have been centered around the Baxter area and Aunts Creek area. Most of the times I could do pretty decent. That being said, our new place is Beardsley Creek. An area I am not very familiar with. I would love to meet up with someone familiar with that area who is looking for a fishing partner. When I go down my wife usually goes shopping leaving me to fish by myself. (Not that I'm complaining) she is a "fair weather fisherlady." Let me know if you are looking for someone to fish with. We can take my boat if you would like. (Just fore warning you,it's not a performance boat at all) lol. The only obstacle in my way is time and distance. I am a sheriff's deputy in the st.louis area. Sorry I already posted this on Phil's "generation" report but I figured I would post it on this thread as well. "Just in case." I recently purchased a getaway place at Beardsley creek. I have fished "the rock" for about ten years now. However, I have little to no experience at the lower end. I went this weekend. I fished Saturday and didn't catch a fish. "Though I usually do decent" Looking to get better, (aren't we all) or at least learn some new techniques. The one obstacle that stands in my way is I live about 4 hours away. I am a sheriff's deputy near the st.louis area so...work and distance are my obstacles. Give me a call if you have plans on being in that area. We have plans of coming in feb. While my wife goes shopping, I would like to tag along if your looking for a fishing partner for the day. I do have my own boat so you could come with me as well. I recently purchased a "get a way" place in Beardsley Creek. I have fished table rock for 10 years and became pretty familiar with the white and aunts creek area. And usually do pretty decent throughout the year. Now that I am on the lower end it's all pretty new to me. I went out this Saturday and was the worst day I have ever had. I wish I could give some advise but I didn't catch one stinking fish. I don't get much time to fish the rock. I'm a sheriff's deputy near st.louis. As many have said already, I too don't get to fish the rock as much as I would love to. But...I enjoy reading the forums just as I like to read my other fishing resources such as bass magazine. "Probably more actually." I just joined this forum the other day so I am a very recent member. Already I have found myself reading it everyday. I will be at the rock this weekend "god willing."
