It was a terrific time this go round.. last trip the water was so high we struggled until we got off the white and over to Norfork. Moving - Unfortunately not yet.. probably wont happen for a few years yet.. so in the mean time I try to steal away the time to get down there as much as possible. I do still have the Stealthcraft. I've had a few lookers and one offer that wasnt where I wanted to be.

Special Thanks To @Ham for putting us on the fish in Norfork Saturday! It was an awesome day for Myself and Friend who has just taken up trout fishing this year. Ham was gracious enough to meet up on Saturday morning and run his boat.....needless to say it was pretty awesome! Rob and I each caught a Grand Slam! All on the Zig Jig.. My Buddy caught his whole slam on Black\Chartreuse Ham netted a ton of fish but that goes without saying... he was 1 brown short of having 3 Slams in the same boat (I think 3 might have been some sort of record) Below are some pictures of a few of the fish.. of note is Ham's big fat Cuttthroat and a good Walleye as well as the parting shot it gave his finger! All in all not a bad 3 day trip (Rained out Friday morning till about 1) we boated and released 100.. 99 trout and one smallmouth Thurs, Fri and Sat

understood... Thats great he says that but for me its a problem... there is always a BUT. If its not WRITTEN down it was never said. Just something I have learned the hard way. Something to consider I guess. -

figured more freeboard would help with water splashing while motoring. maybe not an issue with these boats. Ive had wet rides because of spray - no fun. I am also looking at the supremes too based on the other thread going on around the same topic. (I missed that before posting this one) Yeah I am looking at the 207 supreme which is the narrowest of the bunch at 48" I have looked at the others models that have 50" and 60" -
I missed this post. Im in the same boat shoping boat I will follow your thread too.. I am leaning towards an Xtream or TopWater 30hp Jet. Did you see any Xtreams there at Bull Shoals?
-
After getting my quote for a Stealth sled with their price hikes (less my repeat customer discount) I will have to pass on 20k. I am now looking at a TopWater or an Xtream Jet boat. I cant seem to find too many detailed picks of fit and finish on both boats and interior options. What I have managed to find via Google looks good for both boats. If anyone has either of these and wouldn't mind sharing picks I would appreciate it. If you have any experience with Xtream I would love some input on those two. I see they have 20 inch sides. Any input would be appreciated. (how they run with a jet) BTW I have a lead on a used TopWater 2015 with 2016 trailer has only a few hrs on it as I understand @Ham but it has a 30HP prop so the transom would need to be raised. Not sure I want to go through the hassle of a mod, then I would have to either keep or try to sell the motor, but then I would be back close to the quote from StealthCraft. Eric

They are terrific! just put in my specs for a sled.

Absolutely!

Yeah I will eventually make the rounds to the shops. Just got back to Iowa so it will be another month or two till I'm down there again. Spread the word if you wouldn't mind. Shes a sweet ride!

Actually gonna stay with stealthcraft.. just want to get a jet sled so I can go even skinnier waters.
