We a planning a float between Georges Creek access and Kelly's slab. What water level at Kelly's slab will be needed to make this trip?

Has the Buffalo Point Launch area been redone since it washed out, or is it still best to take out at Dillard's Ferry? Planning a trip with grand kids and do not want to try to carry canoes up the bank at the Point unless they have restored the area.
