We generally stay at Eminence Canoes, Cottages, and Camp. It used to be a really nice stay. In a double wide trailer that is really nice on the inside. I think it is the same owners as well.

Great. I doubt I will be down this year, I have to save vacation days Given your screen name, I assume you know a little bit about cat fishing. Is there any good cat fishing on JF? Definitely my favorite kind of fishing.

Hi all- This is my first post. I am from Central IL and will be visiting Eminence, MO next summer 2016. This was a favorite destination spot as a kid, and look forward to enjoying it as an adult! I will certainly be fishing, but would like to catch dinner, so I think I will be fishing for mainly rock bass. I plan to rent a kayak and go out alone at least 1 morning for a float trip while the family does other things. I also plan to throw a line or two while wading around on the beach. Plan to fish Jack's Fork. I know it's too early to plan for anything, but I made the reservations this afternoon. Hope to get to meet some of you and maybe learn something new.
