From what I understand, boat or kayak is my best bet pretty much any where. I haven't bought one yet and was wondering if there's any decent fishing for anything off the James from the bank? Any helps appreciated, thanks.

Fished above the dam at the park this morning from the bank. Threw everything out there but no bites at all. Maybe it was due to higher levels/murky water. Anyone caught them in these conditions?
