A guy on base here at Whiteman named Jeremy Fly took me out to Pomme this last week. Caught a 4.5lb LMB and about 50 others between 10-15 inches long. Had a great time. Still looking to try out LOZ or Truman. I will give gas money/snacks if anyone is willing to have me out there. Id also love to fish some tourneys if anyone needs a partner. Fished this afternoon. Saw what looked like schools of fry everywhere. If they were shad schools they would be the smallest shad I've ever seen. Caught mostly small males in 2-10 feet of water. Biggest keeper was 2 pounds. Was a blast being out on the water, going to try again tomorrow. Tried throwing a weightless fluke, weightless worms but couldn't get anything to chase. Plastics got the small males on bottom.

Oh I still love GA but Missouri is great. It's a less crowded version of home without the pines. Thanks for the welcome guys.

Just moved to Sedalia and stationed at Whiteman AFB.Looking forward to fishing Ozarks/Truman/Table Rock over the next few years. I grew up fishing pot tourneys on Lake Alatoona in Woodstock Ga with my buddies where 5/10 lbs wins most days. Boatless currently but looking for fishing buddies in the area who would like gas paid for and some company. 10 years Active Duty Air Force, married with 2 kiddos. I am a big believer in "I'd rather be fishing" or "A bad day of fishing is still a great day". I love to bass fish and really enjoy throwing worms of all types and jigs. Hey Guys. I'm new to the area Air Force stationed at Whiteman AFB. I am looking for someone who wouldn't mind taking me out on the boat with them for Saturday or Sunday fishing trips. I'd drive to meet you and throw in gas money and snacks. I'm not looking for a guide but more of someone who just loves to fish like I do and could use the gas money/company.
