Only one female in the bunch. The one that was 9.25" !! Some big males though. Bellies full of shad.

Caught nice limit this evening. Didnt get started till 6pm. Very lite bite. Missed more then i caught. Most around trees in 3-4ft. Mainly jigs and a few minnows. Wind was crazy !! Not a great pic. They all want to jump at same time !!

Well if i do get to fish it looks like i'll be by myself !! Just got a big HELL NO its too COLD from my partner (wife) !!

I was curious to why trailering because i know of a few guys in the Bolivar area that might want to fish these. They have smaller boats and motors and usually dont stray far from Bolivar landing. Not sure if they would make that run from north end back to the areas they fish in regards to time and safety. I would guess that might play a small part as far as participation goes!! Atleast the three guys i've talked to said they wouldnt bother. If i can find a way outa working tommorrow i plan on being there. Assuming the tourny is still on (weather) ??

Curious! Do you allow trailering to other ramps. Do you go out of the Marina ramp or the north ramp?

About 6" visibility around Bolivar Landing. Black and Chartruese tubes.

Same as above. Caught 30+ bass 12" to 19" up in river. Pitchin to any stump and laydown. Small 5/16 jigs. Lite bite. Didnt want any larger baits. For me at least. Crappie are staging in and around spawning areas. Caught a good mess yesterday before dark. All in 8' to 4' depth. Pic of graph was typical of most areas. Lite bite on the crappie too. Good luck. Will be busy weekend

Hey guys and gals. I live in the Bolivar area. I cant seem to find anyone close to town that sells minnows, etc... without driving 20-30mins. By the time you get there and return you've waisted alot of time and gas. Thinking of trying to find a spot around town to open a small part time bait shop with some of my spare time. My biggest issue is finding a wholesale bait distributor. Anyone have any info that might help me ? Thanks They are biting on Pomme!!! 13 keepers in an hour before dark yesterday
