Thanks everyone for your help. I saved the graphic so if you want to take it down so others don't take advantage of it or do whatever "knifers" do -- it won't bother me. I sincerely appreciate the help and will post back tomorrow with how it went on the water!

We do have a bass boat with trolling motor so we have been exploring all kinds of coves. Guess I need to look at points and give up my trusty crank bait for some of these suggestions. I appreciate all of the help -- keep them coming!

Hi everyone -- I'm from Topeka, KS and am here at Happy Hollow Resort (Persimmon Hollow and across from Big Cedar) until Saturday and would LOVE to catch some real fish this trip. Most years we catch perch to bait a line and get catfish but I want to get into some bass this year and would love some advice from people who fish this lake and actually catch fish! I read the forums, watch the fishing reports I can and still can't seem to find the bite. Suggestions on what to use and locations would be greatly appreciated. Don't mind if it's morning or night fishing advice. With the water up, I am not sure how that affects the bite either. Thanks so much : )
