Correction of date 6-30 instead of 6-20.

Fished crabtree cove night of 6-20 from 11:30-2:30. Caught 3 decent crappie n small cat. Best luck in 40 ft water with minnow in the 22-26 ft range. Used green light at 10-15 ft. Got minnows from the happy hook. Anyone else using live bait. Location, tip, or methods?

Crabtree cove I have a decent boat though and can run a ways if need to.

We plan to camp this week at Stockton Monday - Wednesday. I haven't done any good lake fishing but have been reading posts here trying to learn how. I fish ponds, rivers, n strip pits but lake fishing is a lot different. I'd be glad to go for anything but have fished the most for largemouth. I read in the past about trolling flicker shads and crankbaits around points n center of coves. I've tried hitting brushpiles and shore brush with worms. Any ideas would be great.
