Thats the problem, I dont have any fly fishing gear yet and not sure where to start on it. Im assuming I could start out with a light spinning reel and rod with a rooster tail or a jig. Again, I really know nothing about fishing for trout lol. Fly fishing does sound like something I would like to get into though.

Hey guys, im trying to get into trout fishing. Ive fished a lot of small streams and lakes around the area, but mostly focused on catching bass. Ive fished at roaring river a few times and caught a couple rainbows Both times. Jolly Mill is only about 6 miles from my house, so I would love to start fishing there. Im just looking for some tips on where to fish capps and what to use. None of my family or friends trout fish, so im lost when it comes to trout fishing. Ive scanned through the forums and it sounds like capps isnt the easiest to catch fish in, buts its one of the closest streams to my house. Thanks for any help, Austin.
