    Used to catch them in grand lake when i was a kid, used pop cans to catch them.

    Finaly got to fish these. Had some great results from them and got saved from a skunk on Daddy-O's sculpins. I have tied several copies of them since (so i dont lose the origional). They fish great jigging them back or bringing them slow on the bottom. Had a great time fishing all the flies, thanks again guys

    Fell on some rocks fishing at hickory creek a few summers ago, and hurt my knee. it really knocked the crap out of me when it happened. Walked on it for about a month before i realised something was wrong, put it back in place while i was at work. Went to the doctor a few days later and told them i thought i dislocated my kneecap, they said i had but i had already put it back in place.

    Legal US citizens. Truth is on small mouth waters here i never see any game wardens, for such delicate fisheries as a natural smallmouth stream or river there really should be more patrolling

    Sw mo newton and mcdonald county. Still are some but lots of groups have immigrated here that dont follow regulations. Using nets and spears and taking fish of every size. A coworker of mine said he ran into a guy spear fishing who told him he had took 75 fish the day before. My last smallie outing yielded 1 small bass. Where normally i would have got into at least half a dozen.

    Hey guys , decided to come back and start being active. I used to be Bigbrowntrout but i have forgot my pasword and lost the email that was tied to it so i decided to start fresh. For those who dont know me (or dont remember) i fly fish, mainly targeting browns rainbows and smallies. I love fly tying and fly fishing. I live in the Neosho area and haunt many of the waters within a hundred miles. I have previously participated in a few fly swaps here and cant wait to get into a few more
