Well I like the idea of wearing my skinny clothes.
Oh start going back to the Gym. I only work out for a half hour but burn 250 calories but really messed my Hip up. So laying off that.
Before I was cutting Firewood ,Gardening and Hunting. I can no longer cut Firewood or Hunt. Plus I would go to the Gym for 4 hours.
I've been eating one meal a day and have found I eat way less. Like awhile ago my wife fixed Pot Pie about 3 bites I was done.
It's like got bunch of stuff to do today but I don't feel well and I'm hurting. Figure do what I need to and heal.
