Hi everyone - I have always had a passing interest in fishing - want to pursue that interest a little more seriously this year. In the past, have helped my kids catch bluegill on nightcrawlers at Tilles Park and dabbled in fly fishing. My goal for this year is to catch a trout on a fly and any other gamefish on a lure / artificial bait. Appreciate any "getting started" tips - particularly around equipment, and where to fish (St Louis metro). Thanks!
