  1. Good stuff!!!!!
  2. I will work hard on your last suggestion and let you know how it turns out!
  3. I did the same about 20 years ago. I still remember where I tossed an almost full pack out the window of my buddies car. I think they may have been $.75 a pack when I quit. I feel great! You guy's can do it. You just have to have your mind made up that that is what you want. If your brain is not in it, you won't quit. You have to be determinded! My buddy also threw his out at that same time. He didn't last a week. I still haven't put one to my lips.
  4. Only way to reduce mortality is to fish hookless. Problem solved.
  5. Let me make sure I am on track with this. We don't get checked so we are pissed. We do get checked so we are pissed. Am I following along correctly???
  6. Now just how would you know what the meat looks like????
  7. There is no employees at all there?? Maybe someone should call and tell them their horn is broke.
  8. All fines go to schools. Like F&F, I think they should go back to the MDC.
  9. Fund it with the fine monies. Why give that away??? And the judges need to stick it a little more to the offenders! Also the agents need to do agent duties. They have more of what I would call non-agent duties that they have to do that eats up a huge part of their time. They need to be spending all of their time in the field.
  10. Man, that is a bummer. I feel for the family and the man that found him.
  11. You may very well be right. I just wouldn't think that food from the general public can be prepared in a resturant whether or not it is served for free or not. To big a margin of error for contamination. One other thing I would like to add. To say government emplyoee's are stupid is just ludicrous. All government employees have very rigorous training that is tops of any industry. How they choose to apply that training is on an individual basis.
  12. I don't agree with about 99% of what you spew, I didn't say a word about bringing wild game into a resturant to be cooked which is one heck of a shutdown violation, but when you make a quality post steeped in common sense that just screams congrats, I am not afraid to tell you. Kuddos.
  13. No, I think they have to leave the state first.
  14. Thousands of them are broken every year just in the US. Both low and high temps. Although I think it is like 11 to 1 the number of highs to lows. It is not really a rarity. I thought you was in love with Wayne?? LOL
  15. You lable people as "libs" as if it is a bad thing. It was those crazy hippie liberals that started the anti pollution causes back in the '70's. And thank God they did. I remember what it was like too. Litter was everywhere not to mention the uncontrolled amount of waste dumped everywhere by manufacturers . I wear the badge liberal as an honor. The very term liberal says that you share. Better than being a tea bagging, stingy conservative. Which has nothing to do with conserving, only hoarding. MINE, MINE, MINE seems to be the mantra.
  16. I would like to see that data because the last I knew shooting them with a gun was not natural.
  17. How do you do that???
  18. I have heard of grasping for straws but, wow! I guess you don't have a clue of what all is subsidized. Natural selection huh??? Must be something about being around the Cape Girardeau area that makes people say the stupidest things. Some get lucky though and some how make a career out of it. Keep it up and you can get a statue too. Yee haw!
  19. I am torn between the beauty of the prairie and the Ozarks. So glad I live next to both!!!
  20. Oh yes it does! Rush Limbaugh said so!
  21. I don't know any state parks you can hunt. Not sure of the Zoo status either. It is a very nice ecosystem that has been preserved. Just as my wife's uncle wanted. He is the one that donated all of the land for it. One thing that I think that is really neat is that as you leave the visitors center and hike up in elevation, not a great deal of rise but relative for a prairie, as you get to the top, there are crawdad burrows everywhere. And if you check some of the bison wallows that had held water, you can see where hatches have taken place and see thousands of very, very small sheds bleached by the sun.
  22. Oh one other thing. It also has, dare I say it, Elk. They seem to being just fine.
  23. It is also high fenced.
  24. I heard he was being dry humped by a gang of adolescent bull elk. One of them was rumored to be bugaling, "Who's your daddy?"
