Phil, Yes a few, a majority of the folks just fish the water, unaware of whats around them. Except in the outlet 2 where I see the snagging and draging. I saw a 24" female Brown dead below the outlet,sad. "See other trout like these in the lake you're not catching?" Yes! I was fishing for a huge Rainbow over 30" yesterday. I saw more Browns last week, I wonder if they went up the ladder in higher flows. I'm still not seeing the big push of huge Browns yet.

I'm not much on the hoot owl shift, but thank you very much. After fishing all day, clean up, and dinner, I'm pretty well ready to turn in. My real love is to spot a fish and hunt for it. I love spot fishing.

I seem to have a way with the ladies recently. Another 27 incher too. I saw the take! awesome! Thanks to Chuck Gries owner of Anglers and Archery, for his guide service this day. If you want to learn to catch big fish, book Captain Chuck.

Hi Kim, Yes I knew where it was holding, I even saw the take from my high perch on the boat. I released the'Bow in the area where I hooked it. Within an hour it was back on the same rock pile. best regards,

Thanks Matt, I saw my backing three times. Yes I had my hands full running the boat by my self, took me 3 attempts to finally get that fish in the net.

Good thing this big Rainbow had a handle on it's tail! I couldn't hardly hang on long enough for a pic. A big thank you to Chuck Gries owner/guide of anglers and Archery. Captain Chuck saw what I caught and offered to take a pic.

A couple from the past few days. Had a Brown male about 8 lbs on the took me into my backing several times, thought I had that one in the bag after an awesome fight! Then the hook popped out.

I will be fishing 7x floro tippet most of the weekend coming up. -Jerod Please consider using heavier tippet. Use 6X MINIMUM. So you don't over stress fish, and have a better chance at the big ones.
