i will start long rodden about 10:00 am .this will be the 1st year i attempet fly fishin on openin day ,been workin on my roll cast (lol) for this ocasion .....now what is the flies recommended for openin day an is tim gonna have at the ready ?,,,,,i always wear a desert bonnie and have long hair (1/2native)so bumb me and say hey tite lines michael

wow i tried the other day ,freakin cold to out there in waders ....i am so bitin at the bit ...never seen the water this clear .....am lookin for any fly fisher that long rod the Elk ,Sugar,Indian;i live on "v" hiway in mac county ...stomppin grounds are penetenary bend ,cyclone and over behind caseys in anderson and lanagan.....if any persons are around just yell i always wear a desert bonnie hat ..have long hair (1/2native)and lookin for new buddies does any know about if mako still exsist? take care stay warm and return some tights lines michael

am looking for lots of foam recipies for smallies an of course trout ...i ended up with ALOT of that flat craft foam..beetles ,ants,hoppers, are the given .but what have you made that ......catches fish thanks guys n gals

yep the smallies are the best ....but watch em some are still in the spawn .go for the shores to deep lots of google eyes but the are the challange ...fly fishermen what is working on them ?

i just want to throw this out there ,,,i am so happy for fly people ,,cause when i was at the spill way this morn ,,i was gifted and told what tippet and fly "grey scud # 18 " and folks were generous and helped me alot wow ....if i would have known the 'o.a.c.'was there i would have said hi ...i wear a desert bonnie hat and have long hair so say hi and thanks for the tips

well this mike ,sorry i havent posted in awile work is gittin ahead of me ,,,i have been down to the river ,,,over at penetentary bend and cyclone use d #10 elk hair caddis and green wollys and green popper have pulled a few smallies and perch(bluegill)they arent really hittin the bigger stuff yet i have had some smaller bass hit on stone flies i think i will try some damsels ,,,i dont know ,,,,i need to git some foam beetles too ,,,,well hope to hear from you all ...any one git the new fly rod and reel ? lot more women fishin in there ...than i have ever seen here ...lol

i was wondering i have never purchaced a d.v.d on fly fishing ....other than "a river " notice the perfect roll cast so what are the good ones
