what happens when you click delete on the shortcut that is on your desktop...whats the error message......if it says access denied then if you know anything about command line you should try going in and remove any attributes that file has....you should be able to delete it then if not then it has some sort of permission set on it that ya need to remove

i have never been fishing here and i am planning on going there tomorrow....i am just wondering is it just flies only or can you use rooster tails, trout worms, ect.

anyone know if it has been stocked with trout yet?........also i know that it is c & r but is it fly only ...thanks

i am just wondering if anyone knows exactly how many trout where stocked in the boathouse lake...and if they did stock some brownies in there this year........i was there today for about a hour or so....with no luck..some very little blue gill were hitting but thats it for me.....i had asked a couple of people fishing and out of them only one guy said he got one.........i saw a guy i would say i kinda know dont know his name, but he caught one and hooked up and lost another that was the only fish one saw getting caught....anybody know what flys seem to work well there ....thanks guys any info is appreciated.....

i have a small hole in the butt of my breathable waders and i am wondering if i can just use the normal wader repair kit or do i need to get different stuff for the breathable wades.......any info would be great

these kids were little shits...jumping around screaming bare foot most of them, its just the fact that not even there parents cared enough to tell them that if they are going to get there feet wet to do it away from people not @#$@ 3 feet in front of people.

arrived at the park around 6:15 the line was to the highway........a pretty decent amount of people fishing all day long......lots of little minners out there a 13iner was rare for the day......used a cheese color trout worm all day managed to catch a good amount of fish......towards the afternoon i was just letting the worm dead sink to the bottom in the granny hole.....was getting them to hit it about 1ft off the bottom caught proly 10 fish doing this.......it was a good day , a little to crowded for me ...i usually come down during the week when there barely anyone there.......one thing did happen that pissed me off incredibly, my two buddies and I were sprend out fishing from the line too were the stream dumps out and meets with the other half. all of a sudden a group of about 8 kids, all 10 or younger with no parents insight, just come stomping in to the stream screaming and yelling.......and start to #$%# swim in the stream directly in front of my buddy fishing, literally five feet from him, were he was casting. i was further downstream and heard all the yelling at turn my back to see my buddy with a furious look on his face, he just turns around and walks straight back to the bank......the group of kids procced to make their way down stream and basically completely surround me while they are running back and forth and laying down and drifting down stream I also headed straight for the bank.....I dont know if that would piss anyone else off, but it did me the spring is not the place to be letting your kids swim around and go crazy ....plenty of other places to do that..

i am heading to the courtois to fish this weekend in the potosi area....i have never been there before anyone have any advice for me

i recieved a lamson konic 5-6 wieght reel as a gift for my bday from my girlfriend........i think its great i love it...very smooth all around

alright thanks guys......i will have to try some I plan on going down to the spring on the 1st......i justgot some dry fits and some w20 wading boots i want to try out.......but it sounds like to me it might be easier to just tie on some 1lb maxima tippet to your line or maybe even some tecton 2lb....which is thinner than maxima 1lb if i remember correctly....anyway thanks again.....if anyone else plans on going down that day let me know..

i have never heard of using this "thread"?........what type and color of thread r u guys talking about? oh yea my choice worm is white pearl.....i have not seen them at the park store...but pauls bait shop in st.louis always has theem....i also am not a fan of the lucky ladys....bc they are bent and flat on one side...i like the straighter and more tubular trout worms that dont fold in half when in the water.........also have you tried tecton from cabelas......the 3 pound in thinner than maxima 2pound....and there 2 pound is compared to be as thin as maxima 1pound...........

heres this jig....and if your going to try and use trout worms......make sure that u use the smallest j hook u can find

water was very very clear and aslo low........we started down in the water in front of the bridge, there was a nice school right in front of us. we had our pick of the spot being the first guys down in the water that morning . started with white pearl worm...nothing ......a older guy to the left of my buddie, asked use what we were using, he told use to try the green and white jig that they sell at djs. he was even nice enough to give my buddie one of the jigs.....i had one on me i have never tried using them down there even though i hear they work great. boy was he right. i went from no fish to having reeled in 4 in a matter of mins, fishing was good in the morning a slowed drastically during the afternoon....all in all a good day and they were tearing up those jigs..........thanks to the guy who turned use on the the jigs if you read this!
