  1. Sure thing. I haven't been to pomme in 5 months. It's my favorite lake but stockton has suckered me in lately. There is a tree by nemo that I always catch two keepers off. Love this lake!
  2. Thanks. May Put in at state park also. Heading up from Springfield. My rods are loaded with 5 different plus ones.
  3. Nice. Heading up sat. Any ramp issue with ice or low water? I'll put in a Nemo. New silver triton with 150 optimax. Say hi if you see me.
  4. Anyone else throw the x-80 darter? It's a megabass bait that looks great. I just picked up three but have not had a bite on it yet.
  5. I count out load.
  6. Bill, I have been taking limits on the plus one at stockton almost every trip since December. Most days everyone in the boat gets a limit. The plus one is a walleye killer. The extra few feet puts the bait where it needs to be. I found see thru glitter ayu is the go to color up here.
  7. You can't use the dock and can't park anywhere other than the road.
  8. It's semi private. There is also a ramp at blunk.
  9. Thanks! I'll report back on sat.
  10. They are worth every dime. I have a box full of pointers to sell! I love megabass !
  11. I love my megabass but if I were on a budget I would get two pointers in different colors or two spro mcsticks. I you have this type of bait then by all means step up to the megabass.
  12. I have both. I never throw the original anymore. I would look at a gold one also. Gold works well in dirtier water.
  13. Anyone been up lately to wet a jerk bait? Plan on heading up this weekend.
  14. Warning... They multiply if left alone in a dark tackle box!
  15. See thru ayu (glitter) in a plus one
  16. People like to eat spots because they grow to 12 inches quickly and reproduce very well. Quicker growing than the other bass and taste better. I haven't ate one in a long long time but smallies taste like dirt.
  17. Best deal I ever found was $15 at sportsmans outlet in Dec. I'll never see that type of deal again.
  18. And snakes !
  19. No fish in the James.....!
  20. I'd pay $8 but $11 is getting close to what I have in mine. I picked up a bunch for $15 this fall.
  21. No fish in the James.
  22. Yes but people are tight lipped about most. Beaver creek is a good spot.
  23. The water needs to be around 40 for most jerkbaits to suspend. Water temp is what controls the density of water. Density affects bouyance. I like a bait to slowly sink however I went to the megabass plus 1 and I don't anything to it now.
