I was down on Wednesday and it was still the same story; lots of small crappie! As for the pool level, it is 659 ft above sea level for LOZ. The USGS sight does not go by sea level so I don't know exactly what the pool level is according to their scale but right now the lake is about 2 ft low so by looking at the USGS sight I'm going to guess pool level is around 29 ft. I wouldn't say there is a particular "normal output". It just depends on the time of year, rainfall, power demand, etc. Right now they're only letting out 350 CF from the floodgates, which is not much at all, and they have not been turning the generators on during the afternoons (probably hasn't been hot enough). I did talk to some guys that said the hybrids had been coming through in the evenings but they never showed up on wednesday. All in all, pretty tough fishing right now.
