Good luck to you. I used to fish ameteure tounaments on Lake Fork and Sam Rayburn in Texas. Never placed higher than 3rd but it was a blast and what good fishing. Living in the Northwest now and really missing "good" fishing but soon to be returning to Ozark Country.

My wife and I bought 3 acres on Crooked Creek Near Pyatt, AR. We are planning on moving there as soon as possible (2-3 years). I was down there a few weeks ago, right after the creek levels peaked and I am sure glad I did. The creek was not very scenic due to the flooding but I did get an idea about how far off the water I will build our house. I did take a rod with me so I could at least say I got a line wet while I was there. Hopefully I can hook up with some of y'all and catch some "brownies". I have great access on the property and a couple of deep holes with chutes leading into each. Cant wait. Anyway, I am glad I found this sight and cant wait to hear from everyone.
