    I went up there last tuesday and caught around 30 crappie. In about three hours. I went again today and only caught 5. I think the rain has slowed them up again. In a day or two I bet they are back on. But at the boat ramp last week I talked to a couple of different boats and none of them had caught anything. So it seems like its just goin to depend on how you are fishing for them.

    Theres a gastion/bait shop right before you get on to 123. Don't remeber the name though but thats where i stop and get minnows when i head up there. There are really nice people to.

    I agree with webfreeman the river picks a lot more chemicals i mean it goes by 2 golf courses and a lot more cattle farms and other things along the way down to tablerock and people still eat fish out of there. I dont see a problem with it as long as its cooked. IF you want to eat them than go ahead but if you don't then just let them go and don't worry about it.

    Went to fellows thursday with some luck finally. Caught 18-20 crappie a walley and about 4 or 5 perch they were a round 16-20ft. The later it got the more we caught. Wish there wasnt a set time to be off the lake cause im sure we could have caught a lot more.

    Was up there for most of the weekend. Caught several nice crappie. But only caught them early in the morning and in the evening until dark. Only caught a few after dark and couldnt figure out why that was. It seemed that once it got dark they just turned off no matter what i threw at them or how deep or shallow i went.

    Hey guys, been going to fellows for the last couple of weeks and haven't been catchin anything. Wondering if anybody else is doing any good. And anytime we go the bridge is always full of people, so does anyone know any other spots that there might be crappie holding. Or if there is any place just to catch some bass there.

    I'm looking for a small motor no bigger than a 15 horse power. Would perfer that it is a hand controled motor. Please let me know if you have one for sale. Thanks.

    I saw that same program. I can't believe that someone is that dumb to release them like that. I agree with what golden redhorse said about putting a bounty on them. But then i still dont think that all of them will be caught and as quick as they can reproduce its going to be a never ending battle. And if arkansas has already got them, then we all know it will just be a matter of time until they are here.

    Went to fellows today and didnt do any good. The bridge and dock were pretty crowded. We fished with minnows and jigs were fishing at all depths and it didnt seem to matter. I was wondering if anybody else was doing any good from the banks either. And if there were any other places along the bank that you could catch any crappie. Thanks.

    I'm looking to buy a john boat with a small motor or a trolling motor on it. Even considering to trade my canoe for just a john boat without a motor. The canoe is in good shape without any leaks. Let me know if your interested. Thanks.
