    To check your unit, put your transducer in a bucket of ice water, The temp. should be 32 degrees. This test will work!!!

    We caugh crappie in about 4 feet of water Sunday. The females were full of eggs and the males were still black as coal. The water was 66 degrees and murky. Hooked on crappie

    I hate to give this crappie report, after all the bad reports on Stockton. We got to the lake around 3 pm, there was 3 in the boat, by 5:30 we had 3 limits of 11 to 13 inch keepers in the boat. The water was very dirty, about 60 degrees. Most of the fish were caught in 4 feet of water or less, on a small yellow and white jig. See ya on the water!!!! Frosty, If your too busy to go fishin, your tooooooo busy!

    Went to CC area today Wed. 3-23-11. Caught 18 nice crappie and 10 white bass. water temp was around 55-59. The water was very dirty, could only see about 10" deep, The wind was BAD BAD BAD. Se ya on the water Frosty

    I got to go to CC today, March 18. We had a real good day, caught 16 keeper crappie and 13 nice whites. We caught most everything on green swim-N-minnow and pink and white jigs. Water was from 53 to 55 degrees an murky. Almost all fish came from less than 6 feet deep, near the bank. ( Hooked on Crappie ) See ya on the water Frosty!!!

    I am going to CC Friday. Can anyone tell me the water color? Brown, yellow, murky ????? Thanks I got to go to CC today, March 18.     No cork, Was fishing about 3 feet off the bottom! with minnows

    Put in at Mutton Creak on 6/30/10 about 4:00 p.m. Went north, fished main lake points, ( just like Bob posted in his fine fishing reports ). We caught 17 nice keeper crappie, one 15" walleye and one 16" black bass. all crappie were caught on minnows about 16 feet deep! Thanks Straw Hat!!!

    Put in at CC, fished 1:00 pm, till 7:00, Went toward dam, about 1 mile. Water was around 64 degrees, color was stained. fished from 2 to 8 feet deep, on points and gravel banks. We caught 17 keeper crappie and 6 keeper walleye Great day, Se ya on the water!!!

    Tuesday, 4/13 . Put in at CC bridge, about 4:00 PM, went toward dam about 2 miles, water color was just right, temp. around 64. Caught 10 nice crappie about 2 to 5 feet deep ( 2 were 13 inches ) and 2 keeper walleye about 4 to 6 feet deep. Nice day!!!! Se ya on the water

    Hey Straw Hat, I like your lake conditions reports, But I don't like this on. I am disapointed that no one would help, They could have least helped your wife carry things to the truck! Hang in there! Se ya on the water!!!!
