Yes it was pretty slow fishing but we managed to catch a few. Friggin cold would be more like it. Blackberry winters always suck.

It`s the Crackin and it`s best left alone. Such a vile beast!!!

We started fishing for them in 2001. Hybrids in my opinion are the best sport fish in Missouri waters. I wish the Conservation Dept would put them in Mark Twain Lake beings Twain has a abundance of shad and you would think hybrids would do very well in Twain. Guess we may never know. Good to hear that you catch them in the Mighty Mo. Might have to give that a try Catch a big un DRBM .

Anyone on here know where a guy might find a lower unit to fit a 1989 johnson 50 HP??? I was on the river the other day and mine shelled out so now I`m looking for one to replace the one on my motor. The model of my motor is TJ50TLCEC. Thanks for any and all help. DRBM
