Not defending said guide, I actually have no Idea to who the offender maybe.
But I have been fishing outlet alone early AM while water was up and had a guide and his young sport. Walk around to the other side and set up directly across from me and well its the outlet the fish are crowed and so are the chuckandduckers thats the way those situations are. If one doesn't like or feel that the odds weren't worth the crowd they wouldn't fish there.
I don't believe that the original post was referring to the outlet exactly but the slim/shallow water right before Rebar and after what is generally considered outlet two. In these situtations I am even more considerate as I hope others are to me. When approaching the water to try avoid crowding or being crowded.
But lets be realistic about up buy the dam, there is rarely a place that one could consider his own or by himself. At least not with out wading away to the far bank from the parking lot.
I do feel that a guide should also teach manners to there sports/newby clients. Since they are the ones that are ambassadors to the sport in many ways.
