From what i understood that bridge is next on the list and will be redone like the 245 bridge was last year. u should be able to access it from the north but if ur like me and coming from willard or the south u will have to go all the way around to get to it. looks like i'll be using the Bona ramp and coming back down.

JUST READ on another site that MODOT will be closing the hwy 123 bridge @ aldrich starting april 1 and it wont reopen until July!!!!

i like Academy, but they dont have near the inventory of tackle BPS has or offers, very limited in what they do carry in certain brands...Storm, zoom, culpript ect... and the last time i was in the joplin store the guy in the "outdoor" section didnt know what a wiggle wart was... they will do some business but BPS aint goin anywhere...but academy does sell more waterfowl stuff and sell Federal Duck Commander loads! with that said i will probily buy my next shotgun from academy because of there prices!

went into the little sac arm yesterday and the water was LOW and muddy. drove over to aldrich and seen that only the river channel has water in it on the eastside of the bridge.

Didnt end up going to down there yesterday. went up to stockton instead to run the boat since it had been in for service...we seen tons of shad balls yesterday and whites chasing so i would say if there doin it up there end there would be the same down there..the water is probily a little warmer south also.

CAN anyone tell me what the mdc rules are on sinking or making your own brush piles? i've searched the mdc web site with no luck. just wanted to check before i did it. -thanks hyde

anyone heard or got any bull shoals reports? gonna try to get the boat out and run it awhile saturday and thought while i was out i would wet a line or two thinking about putting in at etiher Forsythe or beaver creek?

HAS any one got a report on the water or the ramp conditions at bridgeport? lookin like i'll be going to bull shoals saturday and was checkin for early the next week?

I'd really like to fish this i'm waiting on word on a couple of friends w/bigger boats to decide if this is something they want to do...if for some reason they fall thru i would be intersted in being a non-boater if u know a boater needs a partner.

WE WENT down sunday night (yes during the down pours) fished until 11 or so it was my first time to trout fish at night had a awesome time we caught 6 fish and cant wait until i can get back down there!!

PUT IN AT CC about 7:30pm we caught 5 short LM on a spinnerbait and missed a few on a jig, all fish were caught before dark and soon as it got dark no bites no hits fish just shut down... we wondered why every one got off the water, guess we got our answer.

ENDed up going up to crabtree wish i would have went to greenfield or roark buff ended up only fishing for 2 hours went to move spots and hit something? broke tranducer off i was so mad its been one those days so i just went home. caught 1 14" kentucky. hope to get it fixed before thursday id like to try to fish the tourny thursday night.
