  1. There are 2 boat ramps at cedar ridge, one is for the campground campers the other is a core ramp, as far as a place to tie up you might have trouble finding a sand or gravel bank to beach your boat,I'm not aware of a courtesy dock or anything. The beach is near the core ramp.
  2. If he doesn't plow Hartley, let me know by tomorrow afternoon and I'll go plow it.
  3. There is an enclosed dock,I don't believe its heated though at Mutton Creek Marina on Stockton Lake. Its just a few dollars to fish there. I'm pretty sure its the only one on Stockton Lake.
  4. Well guys I drove around the lake and checked a few ramps for you all. Old State Park- ramp good, water froze with 1-2 inches of ice (not launchable) State Park Marina- ramp good, water froze from 1 inch to water(not launchable) Stockton Park- ramp good, water froze (not launchable) Orleans Trail Marina- ramp good, water at ramp not froze but unable to see out in cove. Probably Ok to launch here. Hawker Point would also be a good place to launch, but I didn't drive there. I would launch as close to the main lake as possible, fish north of the mile long bridge and dont travel above 5 miles an hour and stay out of the coves and you should be safe to do some fishin, or just wait until next weekend like i'm going to do.
  5. Ok guys finally got back on here, Old State park ramp 100% clear just wet, but the lake has 1 inch of ice on it just about 3/4 of way out of cove, should be melted by Saturday. State Park Marina ramp 90% clear, Ice on lake is 1 1/2 - 2 inches thick. Clear water at the lovely(useless) brakewater, I will check again Friday night and let you all know.
  6. Oh and Dutch, if you can launch at maybe hawker point you would be able to fish to the dam and to state park, I'll tell you guys waht I'll just go drive down to the marina in a little bit and check on the ramps.
  7. Oh no problem on the info, I couldn't take gas money or anything like that but could take some fishin tips. If you guys ever need lake info or weather info anything just e-mail me or somethin. Guys be careful out on the lake this weekend, the ice is melting on top and looks like water but underneath that 1-2 inches of water is 3-4 inches of ice in the upper arms and coves.
  8. I live in Cane Hill, My wife and I drove all over the lake to check it out this weekend, did not find one boat ramp that was useable including, aldrich, old state park, state park marina, mutton creek marina, or twin bridges due to lake froze not ramp conditions. Possibly hawker point was open but not sure. I believe by the weekend old state park will be good. I am trying to put some pics on here but can't figure it out. I drilled the ice at a number of locations with a 4.5 inch bit and could not find water. People were even ice fishing underneath the aldrich (123) bridge. I drove my UTV out on the lake with no problems, it has froze over more than I have ever seen it since I have been alive, except I guess In early 84 it was like this.
  9. Hey guys, I know a few of you guys on here fish the tournaments on Stockton Lake, I live near the lake and would like to start fishing the tournaments. I guess I just wanted to know the rules, how many people you need in the boat or the max number you can have. Also the costs and prize winnings and how many tournaments a year or a schedule? Thanks for the info.
