Well that was a terrific experience, those stripers sure can fight. We ended up catching some at dusk with Super Spooks and swim-baits, and then after dark with Rattle Traps.

Thanks, that is great to hear, I'm going to check out that Map. I haven't been fishing on Beaver in at least 20 years and I'm getting really excited about this trip; plus the prospect of tying on something that weighs more than 10lbs. We actually moved the date to Thursday, and unfortunately have to go in the afternoon, but hopefully there will be some action.

I'm getting ready go give Striper fishing a try on Wednesday; any suggestions on where to go, what to try, and when to try it? I've been wanting to try it for several years, but I am just now finally getting to actually do it.
