The man said it was water patrol issuing ticket. Talked to a conservation agent & he said yes, the law had passed & trolling mtrs. would have to be titled & registered.Guess we are all in violation.

Talked to a fellow that said he was issued two $60.00 ticket on Stockton for not having title and registration on his trolling mtr. Said a new law started 6 months ago. Anyone know about this?
