I took the two boys and wife floating Tuesday. I did not see nesting bass but sunfish were bedding in slack water and around weedy areas out of the current. I was mainly floating and herding kids but managed to catch 25-30 without hardly trying (four in a canoe is crowded). One 14" one 15.5", and one 16" all spitting up crayfish and fat as pigs.
