Thanks Cricket, appreciate it. We are going next weekend barring we don't get a bunch more rain in the next week. I'm hoping this rise in the river will be good for the fishing next weekend if the water clears back up by then.

Thanks for the info Wayne. Does one stretch have less long slow pools and more ripples and obvious cover or are they about the same?

Long time reader, first time poster. Going to be camping at gasconade hills resort next weekend and need some advice from anybody that has fished this section recently. Looking for an opinion if the the section upstream or downstream from here is better fishing/floating? Thanks!
