    1987 Charger foxfire bass boat for sale. Boat is in good condition for the age. 80 lb thrust trolling motor. 120 Johnson Motor rebuilt in 2010, runs great. Boat gets used just about every weekend in spring and summer and runs good. Great first boat at only $4,000.00 OBO. Must sell as already purchased a new boat.     I recently purchased a 2 man boat and am taking her out on a maiden fishing trip at Springfield Lake tomorrow and need advice on where are some good spots, what to use etc. I plan on putting in at the new boat launch ramp by the bridge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated even advice on which direction to go when I put in. I don't really care what I catch just want to catch something. THANKS!

    We got up there about 6:30am. Walked and fished for about 3 hours. I am not real familiar with this creek, but in one spot we both caught 2 in the 10-12 range. Pretty slow the rest of the time. My brother caught one small one in another spot. We stopped and got permission to access off of private land about 8:30 and that is where we caught the fish, upstream.

    Can someone give this fly fishing newbie advice on how to fish other areas below the darn other than below chute 2? I have been catching quite a few fish using scuds below chute 2, but when I move to different locations I stink. Any advice on techniqes, flys etc. would be appreciated.

    I have only been fly fishing for about a month. I have learned most of what I know from this site. Scary,huh. I can catch fish while standing below chute 2 and using scuds, but I would like to know the flys, techniques, and tips for catching fish in other spots below the darn to fall creek. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
